You may leave the Facebook group by logging into Facebook, going to the Heughligans group page, and clicking the option for “leave group.” You can also change your Facebook settings to not send you emails, but that must be done within Facebook and by going into your personal settings. Unfortunately, this is nothing that we can do for you, as both of these options have to do with your personal Facebook settings. Hope this helps.
